yet another reason PTEs are in dire need!

ALMOST killed her.  There is protocol to follow, as a trainer.  Or should I say, as a professional.

PTEs would eliminate MOST of these instances.  Nothing can cure the industry of all its ills, but evaluations would go a very, very long way.
